I stayed here with my family (husband and 2 teenagers) for 5 nights. I've got to say that the hotel was brilliant: clean, spacious and modern and the service provided by the staff was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, from organising the shuttle bus to where we wanted to go and eat in the evening, to moped hire, taxi to the harbour for our connecting ferry, figuring out a bus to patong, providing an amazing packed breakfast for us when we had a trip leaving at 5.15am. They always did so pro actively and with a smile. The pool area was lovely and the view of the lagoon was great. Fresh towels and assistance with sun umbrellas etc was perfect. The gym was well equipped and lovely air-conditioned with water on hand. We were very sad to leave! ( We have gone to the Dusit Thani in Krabi which is 5 star and the service here is awful in comparison!!) Special thanks to all those on reception especially Cee and Stamp and also the two waitresses at breakfast - Nam and Tangkwa.

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were the highlight! Everyone was always super friendly and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was delicious and the hotel was in a very lovely and convenient area. We will 100% be coming back.

Location was a bit out of the way but the hotel offered transportation to the beach and the town was a short walk away. The hotel room was large and had everything necessary. Mango sticky rice was amazing.

The property exceeded all of our expectations. The facilities are very very modern fresh and new. The location is ideal - a 10 min walk to town or the beach. Both pools are clean and wonderful water temperature. The rectangle shape means they’re also ideal for some laps giving you lots of options. The gym is top class - clean with fantastic options and beautiful views. The staff are so friendly and hospitable- they even helped rescue us when we had some issues hiring bikes and gave us a late checkout option. The restaurant is beautifully styled and the breakfast is delicious. I honestly cannot speak more highly of Hilton Garden Inn.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great and they provide free shuttle services to the beach and malls nearby! Would definitely be back again!

Spacious and clean room with nice F&B selections! What impressed me the most was the outstanding service provided by the front office staff - Ms. Kig - who assisted me in check-in and offered me a nice takeaway sandwich sent to my room at 5 am after knowing my early departure schedule! Great hospitality!

The location was perfect, within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants whilst being far enough away from the lively bars. The hotel shuttle service was also great for getting to the beach and the rooftop pool was lovely for relaxing and actual swimming if you want to do lengths. We always found a lounger even though the hotel was busy with it being a peak time.

New stylish hotel, very modern. We checked in an hour early which was not a problem. Khun Num was excellent and also arranged a late check out too. The rooms were fresh and clean. The pools on the roof were a great temperature. Happy hour was excellent and very much enjoyed. The food at the restaurant was top quality, we had dinner there twice. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. The restaurant manager was very attentive with great service. We would definitely stay again. Near a plaza of shops , spas and restaurants-10 minutes walk or you could take the free shuttle to and from.
