Lovely pool on the roof. Comfortable, well designed rooms. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was incredible. It completely exceeded my expectations. A huge variety ranging including fruits, vegetables, yogurt, croissants and pain au chocolat, raisin rolls, oatmeal and porridge, and -- my favorites -- 6-7 different types of main dishes such as dumplings (chicken, shrimp, or the awesome pork gyoza), several types of congees, noodles like pad thai or stir-fried yaki udon. Note that these change every day. There are also 1-2 cooks preparing eggs (fried, scrumbled, whichever you prefer) and soups, which I loved. I'm sure I missed something but you get it -- the breakfast was 10/10 or even 11/10. The staff was very very kind and helpful! Also be sure to ask them about the organized trips, they are very great and they'll help discover great parts of Phuket.

I stayed here with my family (husband and 2 teenagers) for 5 nights. I've got to say that the hotel was brilliant: clean, spacious and modern and the service provided by the staff was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, from organising the shuttle bus to where we wanted to go and eat in the evening, to moped hire, taxi to the harbour for our connecting ferry, figuring out a bus to patong, providing an amazing packed breakfast for us when we had a trip leaving at 5.15am. They always did so pro actively and with a smile. The pool area was lovely and the view of the lagoon was great. Fresh towels and assistance with sun umbrellas etc was perfect. The gym was well equipped and lovely air-conditioned with water on hand. We were very sad to leave! ( We have gone to the Dusit Thani in Krabi which is 5 star and the service here is awful in comparison!!) Special thanks to all those on reception especially Cee and Stamp and also the two waitresses at breakfast - Nam and Tangkwa.

The front reception staff was very friendly and professional. Mod and his F&B team were very attentive. The breakfast spread was pretty good and satisfying. The shuttle bus was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good and the shower was powerful.

We have a standard room, the room was very clean and I really like bed, pillows were very soft and comfortable for me, everything seems new! Good shower! Just in first day it was some damp smell in room. The staff is really nice and friendly! Breakfast was incredible, really lots of things and everyday they change some dishes for new, I think everyone can find something tasty to eat. Swimming pool is nice, but really small for such building. Location is ok, there is transfer to the beach, but we were in August 2024 and the majority part of the road/near beach was under construction, there were big waves and it was impossible to swim at that time, probably in high season will be much better. Anyway we enjoyed to stay in this hotel! Thanks!
