From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The warmth and hospitality of your staff went far beyond our expectations—they were always smiling, so kind, and incredibly accommodating in every way. It felt like we were being welcomed home rather than just checking into a hotel. We had booked two rooms, and both were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The entire property is stunning, with not just one but two fantastic swimming pools, which made it ideal for both families and couples. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the nearby town, bars, and restaurants. And then there was the breakfast… what an experience! It was honestly one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever come across. The variety was absolutely mind-blowing—from delicious Continental options to authentic Thai dishes, everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The coffee, juices, and fruits were simply top-notch. We truly felt spoiled for choice every single morning. If I ever return to Phuket (and I truly hope I do), Hilton Garden Inn will, without a doubt, be my first choice. The memories we created as a family during our stay will stay with us for a long time. A very special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the reception, the housekeeping staff who made sure our rooms were perfect every day, and the amazing restaurant team. It was clean and great location. Very calm area. It takes around 30 min from the airport to the hotel. Close to city center (8 minutes walk) and the beach. If you wish to visit the old town, then it takes around 40 min. They also have a free shuttle that drops you off at the beach or the city center. Breakfast was amazing. I even did my laundry at the hotel. Super easy and fast. My friend and I chose to go to Phi Phi island by booking through the resort and it was so WELL organized. We paid around 3100 Baht per person, the mini van picked us up the next morning and drove us to the pier. Lunch and others activities were included on the boat trip. Yes, you can probably get it cheaper somewhere else but you’re not really saving that much. Everything on the boat tip was so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend to book it through the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The front reception staff was very friendly and professional. Mod and his F&B team were very attentive. The breakfast spread was pretty good and satisfying. The shuttle bus was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good and the shower was powerful.
